  • Researched, identified and implemented efficiencies in overall manufacturing process and quality control processes
  • Analyzed, quantified and presented data in production process, schedules and methods to senior management through time and motion studies.
  • Applied statistical modeling for workflow, human labor, equipment, quality control processes and third party impact to identify gaps and reduce initial outlay, increase efficiency and prevent costly mistakes
