- Talking with homeowner's, explaining the process of what type of work needs to be done, and the steps it will take for the work to be done.
- Relighting is the process of piping someones home for there new gas line, and once the piping, and testing of there gas lines are done we relight there gas appliances, and check there operations, and safety features making sure it is all working properly.
- Along with talking with the homeowners and emplaning the processes of installing there new gas service. I also have to remain in contact with them throughout the whole project making sure they don't have any questions that need answered.
- Making sure the scheduling for new gas services and relights are complete, and getting completed on time without complication.

- Making sure once the project is complete a proper post job walkthrough has been completed of the whole job.
- preforming post job walkthrough checking gas meter's,paint on the meter's and settings/piping on the gas services,checking and making sure any holes drilled from the exterior of the ome to the interior have been properly sealed and don't have any gaps where air/water can get into the customer's home.
- along with preforming a post job walk i also check and make sure any excavation that was completed was properly backfilled, seeded, and strawed.
- making sure once the relight has been completed that the customer, and the onsite columbia gas coordinator is happy with the work that has been preformed/completed.
