- Lead programs such as Sunday School, Youth Group and Kids Church while also providing oversight to various areas of the church ie., AWANA, Life Groups, Building & Grounds, Worship & Church Technology. Experienced growth or in all areas.
- Youth & Children's ministries have seen an increase in both the individual number of students as well as increasing consistency in attendance. 170 children & youth participated in various ministries through 2020-21.
- Primary bible teacher for youth Sunday School & Youth Group.
- Supervise summer interns, teachers, and volunteers.
- Work with teachers to unify birth to12th grade Sunday School lessons (Gospel Project), migrated elementary classes to safer location in building. Attend 3 camps each summer (Kids, SuperSummer, MFuge).
- Planned and conducted local youth camp (Camp DiY) with a mix of camp & community service (2020). Conducted youth ministry that was Covid friendly during a global pandemic.
- Led life group with the purpose of equipping new life group leaders.
- Preach as needed in "big church" and worked with key church leaders to carry out church mission.
- Improve digital communication to church, including database cleanup and migration to Planning Center Online.
- Improved online Sunday service (sound, video & multi-platform streaming). Including prerecording, editing & livestream our Sunday Service during the shutdown of 2020 to create the best experience during virtual church.
- Joined Kansas Wesleyan University campus leadership team (2020), co-lead men's bible study and encouraged students on campus.
