Lane Roberts

Graduated from HGTC in May 2025, gaining both hands-on and classroom-based education in agronomy and turfgrass management. While in school, I worked at a local golf course and was trained by the golf course superintendent on various agronomic tasks, including fertilizer and sprayer calibration, as well as operation of multiple pieces of equipment. I was directly involved in numerous course projects, such as annual overseeding, summer aerification, and cart path construction. I later transferred to Clemson University to pursue a bachelor’s degree and deepen my understanding of agriculture and agricultural research.
