As a student, I have had limited experience within the medical/research field but the experience I do have has enable me to gain data gathering and analysis skill, professional knowledge ad experience under high stress trauma situations, and expertise in updating medical charts. All of these experiences have enabled me to advance my leaderships skills, time management, and adaptability.
2019-2020 Chair of the Girl Scouts affiliation at Kappa Delta- In this position I was able to act as a mentor to young girls and be a guiding light in building their self-confidence and knowing their worth.
2019-Present Future Medical Leaders- Here we assist each other in the preparations for the MCAT entrance exam for medical school and also discuss what the application process to medical school looks like.
2019-2020 First Year Council- In this position, I had the opportunity to advocate for all freshman on campus and was able to lend a hand in passing bills that advocated for the needs of all first-year students.
2019-2023 Feature Twirler- As feature twirler with the Pride of the Southland Marching band I performed at every home game at the University of Tennessee as well as occasional basketball games, and travel football games.
2004-2023 Competitive Baton Twirler- As a competitive baton twirler I have the opportunity to qualify as a member of Team USA representing our country in a multitude of international competitions. Throughout the years I was honor to claim 17 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medals, and 3 Bronze Medals for our country.
