I was the head manager of the Women’s Basketball team. I was responsible for making sure that the other managers were doing their tasks. I had to do inventory daily on everything such as jerseys , basketballs, and more. I had to work the clock and also the book. This position instilled a lot of leadership , communication, and teamwork.

• Checked air pressure on balls.
• Organized pregame meals.
• Brung necessary equipment and make sure it’s put back in the correct spot.
• Took attendance.
• Kept stats and the book.

• Greeted customers and resolved customer complaints.
• Answered customer questions and maintained a clean and tidy work environment.
• Checked and replenished stock.
• Collected payments and managed customers transactions using a cash register.

• Answered customer questions about pricing, gift cards , and etc.
• Redeemed coupons.
• Maintained a clean workspace.
• Provided change and receipts.
• Other tasks as assigned.
