• Owned the planning and scheduling of two-week sprints and clearly articulated the product vision to the development team resulting in hitting 99% of the product goals defined at the beginning of the program increment planning
• Identified product gaps and led the integration of Microsoft Power Automate to streamline all manual processes across the product resulting in a $1m boost in time gained from improved automated processes
• Designed and carried-out A/B experiments for the product to reduce churn rate by 5% and improve the conversion rate by 9%
• Contributed to building 6 internal applications using Microsoft power platforms which helped the institute retain upwards of $90k per month

• Worked with the business community to define business requirements and analyzed the possible technical solutions

Responsibilities:

• Developed and facilitated training session for Adobe Captivate software to stakeholders to improve the department training program
• Streamlined the Annual Meeting System process by identifying work stream impediments leading to a 4% reduction in cost
• Utilized experience in performing competitive analysis to demonstrate how products are offered for process-improvement purposes.
