• Provides management letter recommendations to improve sales with explanation of audit process
• Responsible for all contacts/reports to representatives and office manager regarding shown portraits, No Shows, and all discrepancies in sales duties

• And custom a pass turn-ins for audits process
• Responsible for checking all the shown portraits, No Shows ,and reorders from the Shipping and Handling department
• Audits shown portraits
• Compares to packages sales and past turn-ins listed from the gross sales amount from Walmart, K-Mart, and other store reports bi-weekly
• Responsible to keep the records from after audit results
• Completes the audit in accordance with all compliance guidelines.

Serves as the first point of contact for all guests. Other responsibilities is have a number of other guest-related responsibilities, including helping with luggage, offering guests advice on local activities, making coffee or snacks, and coordinating housekeeping and room service per client requests.
