• Overseeing and coordinating work out on the water, ensure efficient and safe operations.

• Supervise monitors, and operations being done out on the water.

• Host morning safety meetings, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, training ensuring all tasks were completed effectively and safely.

•QCing paperwork before turning it in to the office.

• Effectively leading, motivating, and managing a team.

• Responsible for most day to day field operations.

• Work with the operations manager to ensure project comes in budget.

• Work with project manager to create the schedule, assist with the daily planning and activity at project site.

•Maintain a daily log of conditions, activities, communication and notables events

(Alameda Fire)

• My position was to follow ops plan, hold morning safety meetings for monitors, and conduct daily dispatch, assign task.

• supervise monitors out in the field/DMS, observe contractors work progress.

•Monitored and documented asbestos removal, conducting site assessments on properties to mark hazardous materials.

Paradise, CA (Tree Removal )

• Completed site maps (drawings) to identify and indicate hazardous burned trees to be removed.

• Worked along side of arborist/ cut crew, and used barcodes to mark trees to identify the trees marked for removal.

• Completed data entry by scanning and processing the barcodes and documenting by taking pictures of the tree before and after.

(Paradise Camp Fire)

• Conducting site assessments on properties to mark hazardous materials, outline property parcels.

• Conducted property walks for final inspection

• Monitored and documented disposal of burnt vehicles ( Vehicle Abatement).

•Monitored disposal of burnt materials, logged the appropriate load information on disposal logs.

• Tagged hazard trees working with an arborist.

• Used a smart device to conduct data tracking.
