  • We provided services, resources, and community support to achieve child safety while educating and encouraging parents/guardians to change previous behaviors that led to child abuse/neglect.
  • At times we had to interact with people who directly abused/neglected their child/children, people who were angry and scared and sometimes having to remove children from their homes or that were in dangerous situations; all the while documenting all casework activity.
