Polyurethane flooring and Epoxy coating, applying coatings in warehouses, commercial and residential properties, Use diamond grinders and shot blasters to prepare concrete surfaces before coating, mix and apply multi-layer systems including primers, base coats, and topcoats for chemical and abrasion resistance, maintain jobsite cleanliness and ensure proper curing times and temperature/humidity conditions, Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure flooring meets technical and aesthetic standards while also assisting in training new team members on tools, techniques, and safety practices.

My job was to supervise crews across multiple large-scale commercial and residential projects. Coordinate daily job assignments, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues, ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety standards, Led framing, concrete, and finish crews on residential housing developments and small commercial buildings, maintained detailed records of daily activities, materials used, and incident reports, and ordered daily supplies for our in-town and out-of-town jobs. Trained new employees to learn new systems, apply best practices, and comply with protocols and regulations.Maintained a safe working environment through adherence to safety protocols and regular site inspections.Ensured timely completion of projects with effective time management and prioritization of tasks.Checked equipment to determine if maintenance was required.
