- Provide support to classroom teaching teams, which include, but is not limited to, problem solving the educational supports for children and families, communication with families, team meetings and professional development.
- Coordinate the transition process for students moving from Early Intervention Services to school age services. This includes working with 24 school districts and approximately 950 families to schedule and hold transition meetings, and creating a platform through which to share student files with their district of residence.
- Work with the administration team to plan professional development opportunities for staff, and work on goal work towards our strategic plan.
