●2021: Awarded 1 of 2 outstanding end of the year performance evaluations(supervisory election with approval from section manager)
●2021-2022: Lead an authorized independent initiative to develop and enhance written manual for the Hitachi Critical Dimensions Scanning Electron Microscope department with objective of facilitating the training and retention of new production specialists
