  • Provided direct instruction and facilitation of 52 different equity trainings districtwide and for community partners.
  • Created a measurable Equity Strategic Plan for WPS with input and collaboration with the District Equity Leadership Team.
  • Created, trained, and supported 33 school-based equity teams (SELT).
  • Collaborated and created the FACES SEL, Anti-Racist, and Social Justice curriculum for High Schools implemented during the weekly Community blocks. This included training faculty, writing sessions modules, and ensuring implementation.
