Worked with existing FIA operations to develop a similar program for victims of domestic violence and their families that would ensure their safety while securing financial and housing assistance. Working with the courts, the police, the HRA staff was successful in revising policy to support safety for this vulnerable population. To date, there is ADVENT program in every New York borough.
