At Downtown 360 I was quickly put into a temp PM position due to the PM quiting and not staying his 2 weeks. During my time there, I learned patience, communication, commitment, how to work in a very stressful environment, and I learned how to handle unhappy residents and how to be a good leasing Agent+PM. I dealt with elevators breaking down, stairway issues, fob issues, resident/payment issues, death of a resident, and so much more. I had to leave the position due to a surgery.
