Myself and my entire team were working nonstop without a moments break usually to ensure the core values that had launched this family owned once small now billion dollar company into 3rd largest manufacturer worldwide that was achieved might I add while I was over sales. OUR sales team was in charge of handling every aspect of order taking start to finish, meaning that we answered phones, took orders, entered orders into our computer so they may be ready for shipping department to pull, box and label. We all worked nonstop to ensure integrity wasn't neglected. WE ushered in the most profitable era the now billion dollar company had ever seen, we got to be a part of that!! As the company grew and expanded obviously more employees had to be vetted and hired by myself for this once small family owned 1000sqft showroom open to the public just as the need for more employees arised so did the need for expansion.The showroom had to be tripled in size to fit the need of this now huge customer following that had to be given very specific and yet necessary open/close times. For a showroom that once was available for customers to walk in anytime we were open as well as policies in place that I myself ushered in limiting the new but loyal customers to 500 rounds of each product with limits of 4 products so that everyone was able to shop with us in this scary time rather then a few buying out all we had. My limits were met with a lot of upset customers but in the long run my business plan expanded us to a sustainable business motto still in play now.

I once was able to send an employee and her husband on a fabulous trip to the bahamas all from money I saved by switching vendors and instead of hiring outside help if I needed a shift filled I did the job myself creating a chance to bond with the employees as well as save the owner money for hiring another individual for the day.
