I worked mostly in the front on the register which allowed me to communicate with customers and help them with their needs as well. I also was sometimes Oversaw advertising efforts to engage customers as well the credit card. We also have had customers that require patience and i was more than happy to assist customers with whatever they needed.

Some things that i would do would be to greet patients and take their vitals. i would also assist the dentist during the procedure and maintain a clean environment. Most times there would be patients that are really nervous or scared so i would comfort them and reassure them that it wouldn't be painful long.
