Company Overview: Nailed by LV is a business that I have created to enter the entrepreneurship world of the nail industry. The mission of my business is to deliver high quality manicures and other nail treatments.
I launched and independently managed a successful personal nail business, offering high-quality services including acrylic nail sets, Gel-x sets, and gel manicures with custom-designed nail art. I was responsible for the full client experience- from booking to service delivery- while maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace after each client in compliance with hygiene best practices. I specialized in personal nail designs, carefully listening to client preferences and offering expert recommendations to help achieve their desired look. I built and maintained strong client relationships through excellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detail, resulting in high client satisfaction and repeat business. To market myself I used platforms such as Tik Tok and Instagram to showcase my portfolio. This method would attract new clients- growing a loyal following and generating consistent appointments through engaging content and direction outreach. I developed and refined skills in time management, customer service, branding and business operations while managing scheduling, inventory, client communication, and financial transactions independently.
