Directed various stages of design, development, and construction management for the following projects:

• Soho House Palm Springs, an 80,000 SF hotel & private members club in Palm Springs, CA, with a total expected project value of $115,000,000.

• Soho House Lake Arrowhead, a 175,000 SF hotel & spa in Lake Arrowhead, CA with a total expected project value of $160,000,000.

• The Ridge at Canyons Village, a 44-residence luxury development in Park City, UT, with a total project value of $80,000,000. Phase 1 completed in January 2021.

• Benloch Ranch (Phase 1 & 2), a 2,550-acre master-planned development in Wasatch County, UT, with a total project value of $300,000,000.

• LOGE Camps Joshua Tree, a 1.63-acre site acquisition for future development with a total expected project value of $15,000,000.

Provided comprehensive reporting on project updates, changes, risks, and challenges to ensure Owners and Developers are well-informed for making optimal investment decisions.

Oversaw strategic and daily development and operational functions for the Utah office, providing leadership to both internal team members and external consultants on development projects from inception to completion.

Expanded the Utah office from a sole role to a team of five, encompassing positions in Development, Construction, Marketing, and Analytics.

Managed all design, development, and construction activities for the following projects:

• Lift Condominiums, a 61-unit condo/hotel in Park City, UT with a total project value of $87,500,000 that was completed November 2019.

• Yotel PAD Park City, a 144-unit condo/hotel in Park City, UT with a total project value of $54,500,000 that was completed in November 2020.

Oversaw site planning, design coordination, entitlements, and permitting, as well as coordinated marketing and sales activities, for the following projects:

• Inspire Downtown Scottsdale, a 97-unit condominium development with a total project value of $42,000,000. Phase 1 completed Summer 2017.

• Edison Midtown in Phoenix, a 110-unit condominium development with a total project value of $40,000,000. Completed in 2018.

• Envy in Scottsdale, an 89-unit condominium development with a total project value of $80,000,000. Completed in 2016. Served as Interim Project Manager with the transition of Project Managers.

Supported due diligence and site planning for two additional projects: Circa on Central Condominiums with a total project value of $76,500,000, and 5th and Fillmore with a total project value of $200,000,000.

Managed the design and build-out of the Deco Design Studio with a value of $100,000, as well as internal office renovations valued at $75,000.

Managed the zoning, entitlement, and neighborhood approval processes for $35,000,000 worth of high-end residential projects throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles and Orange County.

Directed the design concept and massing of projects in collaboration with consultant teams and supervised the production of design documents through to construction drawings.

Assisted in land identification and acquisition for future development projects, conducting due diligence, market analysis, and feasibility studies to support underwriting and development pro formas.

Conducted real estate development planning, market analysis, and design consulting, encompassing financial feasibility, market and economic research, land use analysis, tenant-mix strategies, and urban planning for mixed-use, retail, commercial, office, and residential developments globally.

Partnered with developers, investors, and internal teams to create and evaluate new development plans and pro formas, including civil engineering concepts, architectural designs, and budgets and schedules for developers and general contractors.

Contributed to various published plans and reports featured in industry journals such as Airport World, ICSC, ULI, and APA.
