  • The Ridge at Canyons Village, a 44-residence luxury development in Park City, UT, with a total project value of $80,000,000. Phase 1 completed in January 2021.


  • Benloch Ranch (Phase 1 & 2), a 2,550-acre master-planned development in Wasatch County, UT, with a total project value of $300,000,000.


  • LOGE Camps Joshua Tree, a 1.63-acre site acquisition for future development with a total expected project value of $15,000,000.


Provided comprehensive reporting on project updates, changes, risks, and challenges to ensure Owners and Developers are well-informed for making optimal investment decisions.

  • Envy in Scottsdale, an 89-unit condominium development with a total project value of $80,000,000. Completed in 2016. Served as Interim Project Manager with the transition of Project Managers.


Supported due diligence and site planning for two additional projects: Circa on Central Condominiums with a total project value of $76,500,000, and 5th and Fillmore with a total project value of $200,000,000.

Managed the design and build-out of the Deco Design Studio with a value of $100,000, as well as internal office renovations valued at $75,000.
