Worked as a Repair Agent for six months.

Responsibilities involved:

• Troubleshooting Video and Internet issues
• Troubleshooting third-party PCs, TVs and Smartphones, as well as advising them on how to correct any issues.
• Took billing calls as a minor part of the job.

Held Office Manager responsibilities that included, but were not limited to:

• Handling payroll for employees and legal notaries/attorneys through QuickBooks and Intuit.
• Processing orders from banks, title companies, and attorneys.
• Assigning notaries to both at-home and in-office notarizations.
• Sending title companies to partner companies for notarizations in Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.

Handled the close-of-day for a chain of Holiday Inn/Holiday Inn Express hotels/motels, as well as for one Days Inn and Suites.

Worked as a fry cook at McDonald's, as well as taking orders and stocking/taking inventory. Started full-time, became part-time when I worked as a Night Auditor for a chain of hotels.
