  • Manage a fleet of 300 plus vehicles of various types including emergency vehicles such as fire, police, and ambulance, transit buses, dump truck and construction equipment, highway and roadside mowers, etc for some 30 different departments.

Direct and supervise parts associate in all parts purchasing negotiations while maintaining all parts inventory.
  • Plan, propose, and maintain a yearly budget for my department. Interview candidates for new hire consideration as well as performing employee evaluations, promotions, pay raises, and disciplinary actions.
  • Communicate updates and time frames of repairs with the person assigned to vehicles and or equipment. Arrange for pick up and delivery assistance when needed.
