Summary

As a squadron instructor one of my squadron ground jobs was being the "Acoustic track training lead" where I was personally responsible for ensuring that my students received the best training possible, and also that it was done on time in accordance with the squadron goal timelines. In addition to training my unqualified students, I felt it was necessary to make sure all AAW operators in the squadron were getting the training they needed to be proficient in their field at all times. Six years active duty and 3 deployments. I know the P-3 very well and am very passionate for it.
