• Project included 5th level Pool Deck, Multiple meeting and conference rooms along with two ballrooms, restaurants, laundry and parking structure.

• Project Executive with total project responsibility for Westin Hotel in downtown Austin that had 366 rooms and 20 stories. Project successfully completed on time and on budget.

• Interior Manager responsible for successfully managing performance of interior finishes on Maynard H. Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia.
• Project included 15 gates and over 1 million sf of interior buildout.

• Project included two towers incorporating 517 hotel rooms and 200+ condominium suites. Successfully completed construction on time and within budget even though project changed Flag shortly after construction start.
• Construction featured 5th level pool deck with two pools, multiple dining facilities underground and above grade parking.

• Project Consisted of two hotels, golf course, three pools along with stand alone spa, 1000+ room JW Marriott, 517 room Ritz Carlton Hotel with multi story ballrooms and meeting rooms for each hotel
• Total responsibility for successfully executing all work for Ritz Hotel, Ritz Conference Center and Spa Building.

• Seven story Hardrock Hotel located in Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. Project included multi-wing hotel with over 500 rooms, dinning and banquet facilities, pool featuring walk in sand beach.
• Reviewed progress controls for project quality assurance, health and safety along with coordinated all structural activities.

• Successfully completed Bus Wash and Maintenance Facility along with Manufacturing Compost Facility at Walt Disney World Resorts. 3 story Advanced Engineering Building and Life Science Building at FIT in Melbourne, Fl.
