Letters Of Recommendation

  • Nicholas Hood, Forman, Kersey Mobility, Graham, WA, 98338, 253-222-5797, I am writing to you in support of Mr. Larry Hatch and his desire to work for your company. Though many friends and former employees ask me to make this request on their behalf, I only recommend those whom I feel are highly motivated, well suited and obtain the skills necessary to do the job right. As Install Manager and advanced certified MECP technician for Car Toys, Inc. for 11 years, I have worked with many people who have substantial knowledge and the skills to make it in today's industry. Mr. Hatch's analytical skills and mechanical aptitude are far above many I have encountered. I hired Mr. Hatch to be my Assistant manager not only because of his skills with tools but because I knew he would be an incredible asset to Car Toys which he proved me right by his tremendous strength and leadership when we, as a team, accomplished Store of the Year among 51 other stores. In closing, Mr. Hatch's work was always among the top, limited only by his surroundings, given the proper environment he will shine among the best.
  • Frank Lewis, District Sales Manager – Los Angeles, Hewlett Packard Company, 818-585-7417, flewis@hp.com, This is to provide a personal and professional reference for Larry G. Hatch II as well as contact information for any further questions or inquiries regarding Larry. First I would like to start off with a few pieces of personal information. I have the pleasure of knowing Larry since 8th grade, 1986, and we have been best friends since then. Our families had similar upbringings as we were both ARMY “brats” and very proud of it. Strict family rules however always lots of love and affection from our parents. Larry was and always has been someone I felt I could entrust anything with. At the toughest times in my life he was the first person I called and he has never let me down in 25 years of friendship. On a professional note Larry and I have worked together previously and have always kept in touch regarding our job paths and interests. Some of our best times were challenging each other and competing in sales. Working together at Olympic Sports in Lakewood WA we were always trying to out-sell each other as well as have the best looking departments. We both went from part time associates to full time associates very quickly due to our work ethic. From there we both went our separate ways for some years and pursued different employers seeking out our career paths. Larry has always been able to see how things worked mechanically and has been able to solve electrical issues. When he went into the car audio and electronics realm he thrived. Every location he worked in sales went up and more customers shopped there. He has always enjoyed the automotive and electronics industries. We still keep in close contact and as we have become adults our friendship is still as strong as it has ever been.
