I have been in Oregon Public Education for 48 years. Starting out as a teacher and coach, being promoted to school principal and eventually serving as school superintendent. I have experience in school administration at the elementary, middle school and high school level both as a principal and as a superintendent. I have served as a school superintendent for school districts ranging in size from 28 students, 300 students, 1200 students and 2700 students. I will consider school superintendent positions in northeastern Oregon and possibly southeastern Washington.
Initiated required training programs for maintenance and custodial staff of 18 constituent districts.

Managed, evaluated and directed staff at the La Grande ESD Office.

Acquired a zero interest QZAB Loan and was able to do several building upgrades.
Used general fund reserves to build new vocational building, soccer field, baseball field and softball field.
