I feel like I would be a great candidate for any position. I am a people person and enjoy meeting new clients to create the relationship between the companies that I am working with.
When I owned the auto parts store I built my business based on customer service. I am a firm believer that if you treat your customer with respect that they will continue to do business. I am very Big on customer service.
I found this true in my account manager position at Chalmers & Kubeck. You have to get to the customers level to get them to trust in your word.
I started out with Chalmers & Kubeck and quickly advanced to an office position as Purchasing Agent for the gear shop. My job included other responsibilities such as customer communications.
I also implemented many programs to keep the workflow going through the shop with better communications between the mechanics on the floor and the gear shop office.
I got involved with the company Borescope Program and helped develop it to what it is today. I am still employed with the company working part time remotely with the borrscope program.
We had 2 account managesr quit the company and 1 was fired, I assumed the duties of all three of these account managers assuming their position and with most of the customers being in the South and myself being from the South I could relate and communicat with these customers better that the previous account managers.
