Surgical & Post-Operative Care: Deliver expert nursing care for patients recovering from general, GI, urology, and orthopedic surgeries, ensuring safe, seamless recovery.

GI Procedure Support: Assist with and manage post-recovery care following EGD, colonoscopy, and other gastrointestinal procedures, closely monitoring for bleeding, sedation-related concerns, and other complications.

IV Therapy & Vascular Access: Skilled in IV insertion, maintenance, and administration of fluids, medications, and pain management therapies to optimize patient recovery.

Comprehensive Monitoring: Perform ongoing assessments, track vital signs, urinary output, wound sites, and watch for signs of infection, bleeding, or DVT.

Surgical Floor Expertise: Care for orthopedic patients (joint replacements, fracture repairs), urological surgeries (TURP, prostatectomy, nephrectomy), and a variety of general surgical cases.

Pre-Operative Care: Prepare patients for surgery by verifying lab results, ensuring CHG baths, and confirming proper NPO compliance.

Weekend Med/Surg Management: Provide comprehensive care for medical-surgical patients admitted on weekends, managing diverse acute and chronic conditions.

Patient & Family Education: Offer clear discharge instructions, pain management strategies, and post-operative self-care guidance to promote safe recovery at home.
