Started as sheet metal tech. when company was Bombardier before buy out by MHIRJ. worked as tech on CRJ 200, 700 and 900 aircraft. after 15 years became structures lead.and 5 years later took job in structures component shop. in about 3 years became crew chief over the shop with 10 techs working under me. have filled in as Temporary supervisor over all shops to include Paint ,composites and interiors as well as the structural component shop.
