  • Developed and implemented strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency in the credit card production area. Monthly production of cards produced on my shift was 3MM per month of cards and 1MM of Express Mail same day credit cards.
  • Supported credit card production for multiple larger banks. This included end to end card production including same day Fedex delivered cards and managed all Service Level Agreements with clients.

Responsibilities included:

  • Leadership of all night shift operations in card production.
  • Leadership of 30+ team members and leaders of (3) teams including card production, Express Mail card production, and warehouse functions.
  • Monitored budgeting, forecasting, planning and reporting activities for my card production teams. This involved constantly evaluating the business needs and pivoting and adjusting plans as needed.
  • Oversaw day-to-day operations of the organization including personnel management and management of machine vendors such as Bluecrest, Bell and Howell, Atlantic Ziser, and Enterprise Data card.
  • Consistently managed team members directly as well as leaders of teams to create and foster teamwork and team member growth and development.
  • Coordinated with other departments such as print production and warehouse operators to ensure successful completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.
