• .Production Manufacturing that produces Knives and everyday carry knives (EDC) products for custom and production knife makers.
• We are one of the first and few American end to end medium scale knife and EDC manufacturing companies. Our clients want their products made in the United States.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage (5) CNC Machines. This includes the daily use of these machines to produce knives on the scale of 800+ monthly.
• Manage the work intake process as well as coordination with the knife makers and material manufacture companies to meet the production deadlines with high quality results.

• Developed and implemented strategies to increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The monthly production of cards produced on my shift was 3MM per month / 1MM of Express Mail cards.
• Supported credit card production for multiple larger banks. This includes end-to-end card production including same day FedEx delivered cards and managed all Service Level Agreements with clients.

Key Responsibilities included:

• Leadership of 45+ team members and leaders of (3) teams including card production, Express Mail card production, and warehouse functions.
• Consistently managed direct team members and leaders of teams to create and foster teamwork and team member growth and development.
• Coordinated with other departments such as print and warehouse to ensure successful completion of projects within established timelines and budgets.

• Managed a team of 30+ employees including leaders of teams by providing guidance, setting goals and objectives, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.
• Developed and implemented strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

• Coordination and managed system enhancement installments to ensure execution of new functionality.
• End-to-end manage products that follow all regulations.
• Continual analysis of systems and functionality and performance to ensure best in class high rate of efficiency.
