• In addition to my driving responsibilities, I handled incoming calls from customers regarding any complaints, problems or concerns they might have had regarding trash pick-up times, understanding invoices, bills, and city policies of the Solid Waste Department
• This is a strenuous position that involves mounting and dismounting a heavy-duty truck many times throughout the day.
