Hand signals or radio communication to determine required load movement. i performed pre and post trip inspections along with daily and monthly equipment inspections. i also followed appropriate safety procedures and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours.

I work as a Lead Directional Driller monitoring the surveys and Sliding as needed per the well plan, I can use anti Collision Software to keep the well on path and out of other wells paths, I can us calculations to determine where to and how far to slide, I am experienced in surface nudges and kicking off wells and know how to drill the lateral and vertical section of the well, I have very good communication skills and know how to conduct myself on a well site, I am very familiar with Compass and Insite software used with Halliburton, I am very familiar with H&P Flex Rigs and Crews.

Drilling mud with the chemicals that go into the mud pits and I monitor the level of the pits

In addition, check the weight and viscosity of the mud. I keep up with all of the fluid levels in all the equipment on the rig. I Ran the rig made connections tripped pipe and supervised hands kept up with the pipe tally on the rig computer and monitored the drilling parameters while I was drilling the well.
