Currently looking for a position that would allow focus on litigation management training while finishing last semester of the Baylor Law School Litigation Management LLM Program.

• Government - Experience Includes outside counsel for governmental entities. I have represented the State of Louisiana and various local governmental bodies in transactions, litigation, and lobbying matters.
• MDL/Class Action - Experience in Multi District / Class Action litigation including performing work for the steering committees performing duties including drafting class action pleadings, developing discovery, large scale document review projects, to working on briefs in the various United States courts including the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court
• General Civil Litigation - My experience includes general civil litigation matters including construction defect, contract disputes, personal injury, labor relations and numerous transactional works including corporation formations, various corporate transactions, real estate transactions, leases, etc

• Transactional - My experience includes transactional matters from the marketing, negotiation, drafting and execution phases with Hospitals and medical service providers located in 23 states. I also have experience with maritime transactional work including Master Service Agreements, etc. I also have extensive mineral law transactional experience including negotiation of mineral leases, master service agreements, etc

I have been admitted to and practiced before the United States Supreme Court, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, United States Temporary Emergency Court of Appeals, United States District Court Eastern District of Louisiana, United States District Court Western District of Louisiana, United States District Court Middle District of Louisiana, and a member of the Louisiana State Bar licensed to practice in all State of Louisiana Courts. Former Special Assistant Attorney General by the Louisiana Department of Justice; a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association; and a former member of the Louisiana State University Mineral Law Institute Council. In process of obtaining license to practice law in the State of Texas.
