  • Composes and prepares letters/correspondence for Demand Letters, Notices to Owner, and Notices of Lien
  • Reviews Lease documentation and provides and receives information concerning construction schedules and opening notices
  • Communicates with contractors regarding scheduling, contract documentation including but not limited to contracts, change orders, logs, and notices
  • Ensures that proper insurance is secured for all necessary projects
  • Maintains and control files for matters in progress and follows up to ensure that required action items are complete
  • Prepares and distributes lease information (Delivery of Premises letters, Letter of Intent - (LOI's), Contracts, and Change Orders).
