  • These debtors are eligible for a rehab on their student loans, which is a 9month rehabilitation program to avoid wage garnishment and offset of federal tax returns from being taken
  • The goal of the program to help re-establish credit ratings and to help gain access back into school
  • I submitted AWG's (administrative wage garnishments) after 30days of placement in the office, once employment has been verified and numerous attempts to contact the debtor to resolve the loan
  • Skipped traced these accounts on Accurint, ZABA search engine, the Work Number and Credit reports
  • Currently I am working Navient solutions formally known as Sallie Mae
  • Setting up debtors on 9month rehabilitation program to restore defaulted student loans.
