  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquires.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to copying, stamping mail, faxing, e-mailing and filing, sending files to storage.
  • File and retrieve organizational and property documents, such as maintain owner report on the O drive, sending boxes from Iron Mountain from lost properties.
  • Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters and financial statements using spreadsheets, database and or other presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe and Google Maps.
  • May conduct research, compile data and prepare reports for consideration and presentations to Office Manager, Area Vice President, Vice Presidents, Senior Vice President and/or the President of the company.
