Train and coach employees on safety and quality systems, procedures, and practices
Perform inspections of final product, record, track, and seek root cause for non-compliant
product
Manage quality records and data, customer-approved documents such as PPAP,
Control Plans, PFEMA, Gauge R&R and CPK Analysis
Perform internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 and manage compliance to those standards
Promote a culture of safety and quality driving continuous improvement, operational
excellence, and commitment to customer satisfaction
Inspection/quality/ background with the ability to interpret customer-provided
drawings including GD&T
Thorough understanding of corrective action process (8-D, S-Why, Fishbone, etc.)
Familiarity with inspection tools and gauges; micrometer, caliper, terminal pull force
including calibration
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to communicate concepts
Worked one on one with customers.
Work independently, positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, manage multiple
tasks concurrently
