  • This includes collaborating closely with Provider Advocate Specialist to supply to the Legal Department saved documentation which includes saving Nice Calls, Faf notes, Faf image, Pcs, Eob, Claim Copies, Blue Card information and any other correspondence
  • Creating folders and posting saved information to the bulletin board for Legal correspondences to access to access
  • Supply customer service to all providers in all areas of our department including management, leadership and assigned FSU’s
  • Aiding IDR and WIM department with Step ½ Training process.
