I am currently working as a VST Sanitation leader. I have little supervision over me and handle a crew of 40 people. I am always working with
the people out on the floor. I want to learn what my people know cause I feel I don't want ask them nothing that I can't do on the follow or on
the line. I have a lot of skills in leadership. I also know OQ work that I have done for 13 years at my last job. I have only had two jobs in my life and both of them I became leader and holding down my job. I know that I would be right for the job because I will put my all into whatever I do .
