I began my baking journey at Akins from 2021 to 2023, where I developed a strong foundation in commercial baking and kitchen operations. After that, I took on a new challenge in inventory control at the Country Store in Oroville, Washington. During that year, I gained valuable experience in logistics, organization, and supply management. However, my passion for baking brought me back to the kitchen this past year. I've recently decided to move on from my current role and am excited to begin a new chapter in my career.
