Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital. We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.
  
This is a leadership position within Wells Fargo CIB Securities Shared Services Operations (Shared Services), a cross-functional group of teams supporting Corporate and Investment Banking Business as well as the broader Wells Fargo organization. The six primary teams within Shared Services are:

* Client Onboarding and Data
* Tax Operations
* Client Services
* Data Integrity and Strategy
* Agreement Management
* Approval to Transact
  
Reporting directly to the Shared Services Head, this Senior Implementation Lead (SIL) will collaborate with Shared Services teams and broader stakeholders to lead the solution design, development, and execution of critical tactical and strategic regulatory, operational, and business deliverables, including: policy and regulatory rule implementation and operationalization, data quality and control improvements, technology transformation, risk and control framework improvements, target operating model deliverables, service and product delivery, optimization, and multifaceted remediation initiatives.
  
Team members support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
  
Required Qualifications

* 10+ years of capital markets industry experience
* 5+ years of management experience

* Experience identifying key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution
* Ability to initiate action, make difficult decisions, and generate creative solutions
* Ability to turn preliminary or ambiguous information, ideas, or problems into well-defined plans and solutions
* Experience communicating and presenting complex information to multiple levels of the organization
* Experience researching technical problems, analyzing data, and recommending potential solutions
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  
Other Desired Qualifications

* Previous roles in at least one of the following: client onboarding, reference data, tax operations, agreement management, data analytics, project management
* Knowledge of the major client onboarding requirements and related regulations
* FINRA registration including Series 99 (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
