I am a dynamic educational leader with 24 year of extensive experience in developing curricula and managing instructional programs for grades K-12, as well as managing the organizational structure of campuses and working collaboratively with educators and administrators district-wide. Currently, I support, coach, and develop my elementary campus, in addition to serving as a Reading Academy Cohort Leader at six additional elementary campuses. In total, including my campus, I serve 50 teachers and 8 administrators across seven campuses and collaborate with district coordinators. I specialize in designing, planning, and effectively delivering professional development and project management for district administrators and educators. I have in-depth knowledge of disaggregating and analyzing data with the purpose of providing targeted intervention and planning for instructional needs by offering reporting, data analysis, and strategic recommendations for the district superintendent, department heads, principals, and coaches.
