Assist Process Assistant and Area Manager with everyday daily work such as :
Staffing Associates to the lanes in Lower Mezz.
Monitoring the chutes to make sure they are being replaced once full.
Guiding Associates when they need assistance with chute or printer.
Clear jams for chutes and Problem Solve.
Post Stats on Ord 5 Central Doc every 30 minutes to give updates on daily operations.
Replacing full shuttles/ carts when associates are off the floor so operations keep running properly.
Give updates at end of shift on Handoff to make Night shift aware of any sorts that has high volume and also let them what was left for them.
As a Trailer Docking and Releaser I am responsible for opening and closing dock doors.
Making sure that the trailers are at correct Dock door.
Inspect every trailer for holes or damages inside of trailers.
Strap trailer and make sure seals are inside for drivers.
Perform truck audits.
Report and issues with trailers or dock doors.
Makes sure that shuttles and carts are being loaded correctly in trailers.
Assist Process Guide, Process Assist, and Area Manager with making sure that all chutes in my assigned zone is running properly. Assisting associates with replacing blue lights and jams at the chute.
Assisting with setting up the lanes for the Waterspiders assigned to lanes.
Assist Process Guide with replacing shuttles and carts when Waterspiders are taking breaks.
Answering calls from Process Assistance when certain chutes need immediate attention.
