• Handle all guest concerns and questions

• greet guest/ answer phone

• Take phone orders/ catering orders

•Pack meals and beverages for guest/ catering orders

•Handle all cash and credit card transactions

• Perform a variety of general cleaning task to maintain the cleanliness of residential rooms, offices, hallways and other assigned areas of the residential community

• Perform standard practices and procedures while complying with regulatory requirements such as maintaining residential apartment homes, mopping, dusting, operating cleaning equipment and other assigned areas of the residential community

• Serve meals and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining the cleanliness of the dinning areas, kitchen, Prep areas and also transport all trash to designated areas
• Other duties include retrieving residential and guest meals and beverages preferences and assist guests and residents with seating

• Perform duties assigned by EVS management and supervisors to ensure department standards
• Perform all cleaning functions following established procedures in a timely manor while keeping track of hospital room discharges, restocking all cleaning products and protected gear needed in designated areas

• Greet and assist guests with meal choices, questions and concerns while retrieving guests meals and beverages orders and preferences
• Handle all cash and credit transactions, perform establishment cleaning duties and delivery of food and beverages to guest in a timely manor
