. Manages the operation's of the school lunchroom and follow compliance guidelines and performs related duties as required.
. Responsible for supervising lunchroom personnel and participating in the preparation variety of food item's under the acceptable practices established by(NSS). Insure reimbursable meals are being served during breakfast and lunch.
. Monitor,supervise,and participate in cleaning and sanitation of lunchroom facilities and equipment daily and monthly and as needed coaching and training employees in specific duties, policies,and procedures.
. Communicates daily lunchroom needs conducts regular staff meetings including food prep,sanitation,safety,and general housekeeping duties;forecast production needs and places food orders based on menu needs and inventory level data within assigned deadlines.
