As Blood Bank LPO, authored five Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and a Blood Bank personnel qualification standard ensuring five junior sailors had adequate resources to produce quality results. -Trained in the operation of the Theater Mobile Blood Management System to ensure accurate inventory of blood products throughout the deployment.
