Summary
For over a decade, I have dedicated my career to understanding the eye, with experience at every level of ophthalmic study design and execution. My experience has allowed me to examine eyes from mouse to monkey with various specialty equipment, as well as fully understand and execute a wide range of ocular efficacy models. I was involved with several abstracts and presentations at the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) meetings and have been trained by veterinary ophthalmologists and PhD level scientists. My passions extend further into general project management and leadership. Recent projects include assisting clients with the documentation required for clinical trials in both the US and Europe and Drug Product manufacturing. As a manager, I always strived to ensure my employees felt heard and valued with my main focus being their overall growth and development.
