I have been in customer service since I was 14 years old. I climbed the ladder in the restaurant business up to corporate trainer and then Assistant General Manager. I was Director of Human Resource with a Marriott property in Durham. I went through years of leadership development with both Marriott and Quaintance-Weaver Restaurant Group.
I still wanted more and went back to get my degree from my beloved Appalachian State University.
I started at SoftPro in 2007 and taught myself everything I possibly could there. I found a true passion and love for the Title and Closing Industry. I have met the most amazing people being in this industry. Everyone works so hard to help our customers realize the American dream of home ownership (and, keeping that home thanks to clear Title :)) All of our hard work matters!!
