Oversight of all Early Help cases, providing reflective supervision to youth and family workers who deliver evidenced based interventions. Collaboration with partner agency managers to support and ensure early help assessments and plans are managed effectively. Highlight safeguarding concerns, liaise for escalations, attend quality assurance meetings and conduct audits to promote best practices and high quality service delivery.

The role also involved delivery of the accredited parenting programmes within the Family Hubs.
